These terms describe the current controlled private beta. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by legal counsel.

Legal review pending: binding terms, subscription disclosures, cancellation rules, governing law, and consumer rights require jurisdiction-specific legal review.

Controlled beta purpose

The current PULSEVATE deployment uses production domains for a controlled private beta of real account, cloud-state, and server-entitlement flows. Stripe LIVE checkout is enabled, while subscription access remains authoritative on the server.

Product boundaries

PULSEVATE supports ordinary consumer self-improvement. It is not therapy, crisis support, medical care, diagnosis, addiction treatment, or personalized financial or investment advice.

Data and availability

Authenticated state is stored in tenant-isolated cloud storage with a user-matched local cache. This private beta has no promised uptime or service-level guarantee. Public claims must match actual infrastructure and remain subject to review.

Billing and tax status

The six plans, prices, three-day Premium trial and renewal disclosures shown in the product remain the commercial source of truth. The trial starts only after the explicit paywall CTA. PULSEVATE does not add VAT under the operator’s current declared status: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI

Legal information still pending

Final terms must identify the contracting entity, eligibility, acceptable use, account rules, billing and refund conditions, intellectual property, warranties, liability limits, dispute process, and termination.
